Included in the rates are:-
* Accommodation for up to 9 adults + 1 child in cot
* All linen and Towles (not pool towels) and changed weekly
* Cot/High Chair - if required
* Maid service on day of arrival and departure
* Weekly pool and garden maintenance
* An initial allowance of 100kwh per week for electricity
* There is an additional charge for pool heating
* Soap, washing powder, fabric conditioner, dishwasher powder, household cleaning items
* A deposit of 10% (minimum of £250) is required to secure the booking.
* Payment can be made in either the Sterling (British Pound) or Euros.
* The deposit will be refunded one week after departure once we have been able to check the villa for any damages and minus any electricity over the allocated allowance (100kwh) per week. Any excess is chargeable at 10p per kwh
* The full amount is due 8 weeks prior to departure
In the event of a cancellation and to compensate for any loss that may result the following cancellation fees will apply unless we are able to resell the holiday. If we are able to re-sell the holiday weeks a full refund will be made minus and administration charge of £20
